Vitrion B.V. ("Vitrion", "we" or "us") respects your privacy. This privacy statement explains which personal data we process when you visit our website vitrion.nl or get in touch with us, why we do so and which rights you have.

2. Which data do we process?
- Contact form: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and message. We also store the IP address and the time of sending, to prevent abuse.
- Email and phone: the data you share with us yourself when you email or call us.
- Website visits: technical data needed to run the website, such as your IP address and browser details in server logs.
- Analytics: only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used.

3. Why do we process this data?
- To answer your question and get in touch with you (based on our legitimate interest or because you ask us for information).
- To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest).
- To improve the website with analytics (only with your consent).

4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to handle your question, and at most two years after that. If a collaboration follows, we keep the data for as long as that collaboration lasts and as long as the law requires.

5. Do we share your data?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver the website and our services, such as our hosting provider and email provider. We make agreements with these parties to protect your data. We also share data when the law requires us to.

The website uses functional cookies that are needed to make the site work, such as a session cookie and remembering your cookie preferences. We only place analytics cookies with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through the Privacy preferences link at the bottom of the page.
